Sequence

How a gym floor gets chosen

Walk the gym, pick the surface, then install or refinish. The room decides the floor.

Walk the gym

Start in the room. The sport and the way the floor is used come before a product name.

Pick the surface

Maple, synthetic or vinyl, pad-and-pour, rubber, or a commercial floor for the rest of the building. It has to match that room.

Install or refinish

Put a new surface in, or refinish the court that is already there so it can stay in play after the season.

Maple, synthetic and rubber, specified for the room

Four lanes. The gym floor is specified for the sport. The rest of the building can take a commercial floor.

Synthetic and vinyl sport surfaces, pad-and-pour, indoor tracks, and aerobics or yoga floors.
